one.\u00a0 <br \/>Do some squats while you brush your teeth.\u00a0 <br \/>Not only will you strengthen your quads and get\u00a0your heart beating,\u00a0but you\u2019ll be also a fit,\u00a0multitasking \/>Sitting at a desk doesn\u2019t mean you have to sit\u00a0still.\u00a0 <br \/>Stretch, get some hand weights and do biceps\u00a0curls and overhead extensions while reading email\u00a0or talking on
