as\u00a0antioxidants.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Red Bell Peppers <\/strong> <br \/>Bell peppers give you the most vitamin C per\u00a0calorie.\u00a0 <br \/>They are\u00a0able to minimize the risk of\u00a0age-related macular degeneration.\u00a0 <br \/>You\u2019ll only need a cup full of these to get 100%\u00a0of the recommended daily value of vitamin A\u00a0and vitamin C.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5029\" dark leafy greens like collard greens\u00a0and kale, contains two of the most essential antioxidants for\u00a0eye health, i.e., zeaxanthin and lutein.\u00a0 <br \/>Macula, the part of the eye helpful in shielding the eye from\u00a0damaging light, stores these antioxidants.\u00a0 <br \/>Lutein plays a special role in the filtration of blue light (glare\u00a0from the screens of electronic devices like mobiles and\u00a0computer screens). <br \/>\u00a0These antioxidants also play a significant role in maintaining\u00a0rich blood flow to your eyes. <br \/><a
