The main symptom is\u00a0widespread pain.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pain and stiffness <\/strong><br \/>If you have fibromyalgia, one of the main\u00a0symptoms is likely to be widespread pain.
