This is called hyponatremia and it can\u00a0be life-threatening. <br \/>Sodium is a crucial element that helps keep the\u00a0balance of fluids in and out of cells.\u00a0 <br \/>When its levels drop due to a high amount of\u00a0water in the body, fluids get inside the cells. <br \/>Then the cells swell, putting you at risk of having\u00a0seizures, going into a coma, or even dying.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SIGNS YOU ARE DRINKING TOO MUCH WATER <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Color of urine <\/strong><br \/>One of the best ways to determine if\u00a0you are drinking enough water is to\u00a0monitor the color of your urine.\u00a0 <br \/>If it is dark yellow, then it is a bad sign,\u00a0meaning that you are\u00a0dehydrated.\u00a0 <br \/>Ideally, your pee should be light\u00a0yellow, that shows your hydration\u00a0level is optimal.\u00a0 <br \/>However, if your urine is and\u00a0dehydration.\u00a0 <br \/>Excess water in the body causes the body's salt\u00a0levels to go down and the cells to swell.\u00a0 <br \/>This swelling causes them to grow in size, and those\u00a0in the brain press against the skull.\u00a0 <br \/>It can cause a throbbing headache and may lead to brain impairment and sometime trouble breathing .<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><img
