acid levels in the blood.\u00a0 <br \/>A 2020 review of studies found that\u00a0consumption of sugar-sweetened\u00a0beverages was significantly associated\u00a0with an increased risk of gout etc.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avoid- Red\/organ meat\u200b <\/strong><br \/>Red meat and organ meats are high in purines.\u00a0 <br \/>Eating these foods increases the uric acid levels in\u00a0the blood and the risk of gout and gout attacks.\u00a0 <br \/>Red meat (including beef, pork, lamb) and organ\u00a0meats (including liver, heart, kidney studies have shown that\u00a0a vegetable-rich\u00a0diet being associated with a lower risk of gout\u00a0compared with the lower consumption of\u00a0vegetables.\u00a0 <br \/>Therefore, you do not need to limit or avoid any vegetables on a gout-friendly diet. <br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6722549\/\" target=\"_blank\" with gout can eat any type of nuts they like.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Allowed- Whole Grains\u200b <\/strong><br \/>Whole grains such as wheat germ, bran,\u00a0brown rice and oatmeal all contain\u00a0moderate\u00a0to small amounts of purines, but\u00a0for those with gout, the benefits of eating\u00a0whole grain foods\u00a0far outweigh the risks.\u00a0 <br \/>Speak
