Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Champion at Health Vectors is a pivotal role within our sales team, focused on building strong customer relationships, enhancing our outreach to new prospects, and continually improving our product offerings. This is a work from office position only.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach:
- Calling cold and warm prospects
- Follow up and maintain constant contact with current and prospective clients
- Facilitate the sales process through telephone, WhatsApp and email inquiries
Sales Process Management:
- Facilitate contract creation details and complete the signature process
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely "Go Live" of services
- Maintain and manage the client dashboard, tracking metrics such as reports per day, revenue, and customer complaints
- Oversee invoicing, payments, and collections
Revenue Generation:
- Solicit and obtain orders, understand and interpret technical requirements, and develop accounts
- Research and identify potential accounts, build rapport, provide technical information, and prepare quotations
Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze and summarize competitor information and trends
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
Customer Relations:
- Lead resolution of all B2B and B2C customer complaint
- Maintain communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems
Qualifications:
Experience:
1-5 years in a sales or customer-facing role
Education:
College degree required
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken English
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and brimming with ideas
- Passionate about achieving a robust customer portfolio
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Proficient in using MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
